PrintMig v3 LicensingPrint Migration Manager is available under the following licensing agreement. License. PrintMig (hereafter referred to as "the Software"), is licensed, not sold to you, by FoxWare Design for use only under the terms of this license, and FoxWare Design reserves any right not expressly granted to you. FoxWare Design retains the copyright, title and ownership of the Software made available either by download or on recorded media, and all subsequent copies of the Software regardless of the form or media in which or on which the original and other copies exist. You may not make any changes or modifications to the Software, including, but not limited to, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering it. This license is not a sale of the Software or any copy. Standard Licensing. The Software is licensed for use by a single company only. A single company is licensed as a "Site", even though the company may have multiple locations, this still constitutes a single "Site". A separate license (hereafter referred to as "the Global License") can be purchased which allows a single company to use the Software at multiple companies. Global Licensing. The Global License allows a single company to use the Software at multiple companies or "Sites". Each "Site" constitutes a different company. This scenario is typical of a software consulting/contracting firm who is called in to perform work at a company job site. The Global License grants a single company rights to implement the Software at a unlimited number of companies and job sites. Termination. This license is effective until terminated. This License will terminate immediately without notice from FoxWare Design or judicial resolution if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL FOXWARE DESIGN BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTALS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF FOXWARE DESIGN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
