- (NT) Code change to resolve error (-4) errors
when attempting to reset default printer.
- (NT) If PrintMig failed to create a new printer
connection, it would create a local printer with no port
information. Now PrintMig will not attempt to create a local
printer.
- (NT) In isolated situations, PrintMig would
delete the printer off the old NT print server. This has been
resolved (AGAIN!)

- If printmig.log file exists when PrintMig is initially executed, it
is deleted. This is to insure that PrintMig is using an accurate inventory.

- Fixed (NT), PrintMig was improperly reading the printmap.ini, this
was a bug introduced in v3.20 . This only affected NT systems.
- Fixed (NT), When migrating a default printer in NT, the new printer
was not being reset as the default printer. PrintMig now does a better job of setting the new default printer. This only affected NT systems.

OU-based printer naming conventions.
- Fixed (NT), Printers that where set as default printers and then migrated, the new printer was not set as the default. User will now be prompted to select a default printer. This only affected NT systems.
- Added, The following environment variables can be substituted in the
UserLogFileLocation setting. HOMEDRIVE, HOMESHARE, COMPUTERNAME, USERNAME
- Fixed, PrintMig was unable to handle printers with the " character
in the Printer name, this is most seen in Plotter names.
